Turkey season begins in North Carolina this Saturday April 14, 2018.  The season limit is 2 turkeys, they must be male or bearded.  Please remember that turkeys are considered big game, so you must have the big game privilege on your hunting license to legally hunt them.  Each turkey must be tagged and reported to the WRC by the hunter, just like any other big game animal.  Season will end on May 12, 2018.
