North Carolina’s Tundra Swan season will open on November 11 and will run through January 31.  The bag limit is one per person by permit only.  Each person that received a permit is required to submit their swan survey by April 1, 2018.  Those who fail to do so will automatically be ineligible for a permit the following season.
