In NC the last part of our 2017-2018 waterfowl season will begin on December 16 and run through January 27. Tundra swan season remains open at this time, and will close on January 31. Please remember that you must possess a swan permit in order to legally harvest one.

2017-2018 Striper Season
Striped Bass season is now open in the Albemarle Sound Management Area. This includes Currituck Sound, Coinjock Canal, and North River. The size limit is 18 inches and up. You are allowed to keep two per person per day. Season opened on October 1 and it will close on April 30.
Striper Season Reminder
On April 30, 2017 Striper season will close in the Albemarle Sound Management Area. Until then, the limit remains at 2 per person per day, 18 inches or longer. Please remember that these regulations are not the same throughout all of our eastern North Carolina waters.
